Movers in Sharjah

Movers in Sharjah who plan around the buildings and the border.

Al Nahda, Al Majaz, Al Khan, Muwaileh and Al Taawun — we move apartments, villas and offices across Sharjah, and run the Dubai–Sharjah route often enough that most crossings are planned around traffic rather than caught in it.

Local knowledge

The two things that decide a Sharjah move

The first is the lift. Many Sharjah towers have one service lift shared by the whole building, and the window you get is the window you get. We size the crew so loading finishes inside it.

The second is timing. If the move crosses into Dubai, the crossing decides the day — so we schedule loading to clear Al Ittihad Road outside peak, rather than sitting in it with a full truck.

Where we move in Sharjah

The communities we work in most, and what changes the plan in each one.

Al Nahda

High-rise apartment moves on the Dubai border. Shared service lifts mean the slot is booked days ahead, not on the morning.

Al Majaz

Lagoon-side towers with limited street parking. We confirm the loading point with security before the truck is dispatched.

Al Khan

Beachfront buildings where access is easier outside peak hours — early starts usually finish the same day.

Al Taawun

Dense tower cluster with tight service-lift scheduling. Larger flats are often split across two lift windows.

Muwaileh & University City

Family villas and newer apartment blocks. Villa moves here usually run with a carpenter for wardrobes and beds.

Al Qasimia & Abu Shagara

Older buildings, some without service lifts. We allow for stair-carry in the quote instead of adding it later.

Al Zahia & Al Rahmaniya

Newer community villas with gate access and contractor passes arranged in advance.

Al Nud & Al Ghuwair

Central Sharjah apartments where the truck needs a smaller footprint and a shorter carry route.

Pricing

What changes the price of a Sharjah move

In Sharjah the building matters more than the distance. These are the factors a surveyor checks first.

01

Service lift or stairs

The biggest single factor here. Buildings in Al Qasimia and Abu Shagara often have passenger lifts only, which means extra crew for the carry.

02

Lift window length

If the building only releases the lift for two hours, we send a larger crew to finish inside it — which changes the quote.

03

Size of the property

Studios and one-bedrooms are usually a half day. Villas in Muwaileh or Al Zahia run longer and need a carpenter.

04

Whether the move crosses to Dubai

Cross-border moves are quoted as one job, not two. There is no separate border surcharge.

05

Packing and assembly

Full packing, partial packing, or transport only — each is priced separately and shown in the written quote.

Sharjah FAQ

Moving in Sharjah — common questions

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp — a coordinator answers, not a bot.

Cost depends on the size of the property, the floor, and whether the building has a working service lift. Buildings without one need extra crew for stair-carry, so we survey first and then give one written price.

Yes — it is one of our most common routes. The same crew packs in Dubai and unpacks in Sharjah, and most of these moves are completed in a single day.

Usually. The limit is the building’s service-lift slot rather than our schedule, so the earlier you tell us the tower, the more likely we can get the window you want.

Yes. Older buildings in Al Qasimia and Abu Shagara often have passenger lifts only or stairs. We add crew for the carry and price it into the quote up front.

Yes — beds, wardrobes and wall units are taken apart, transported and rebuilt in place, with a carpenter travelling with the crew on villa moves.
