How long can I store my furniture?
As long as you need. Most storage here is a few weeks between handover dates, but longer periods are fine — and if your handover slips, the period extends.
Will I know what is in storage?
Yes. Everything is inventoried before it leaves your home and you get the list. Nothing goes into storage unrecorded.
Can I access my items while they are stored?
Tell us at the survey if you think you will need something back part way through, so it is packed and placed accordingly.
Do you pack for storage differently?
Yes — items stay wrapped for the whole period rather than just for transport, which matters more the longer they are stored.
Is storage quoted separately from the move?
It is quoted as part of the same written price, covering collection, the storage period and redelivery, so there is one figure rather than three.
