These terms apply to moving services provided by Elite Movers UAE.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the survey and the information you provide. If the volume, access or scope changes materially on moving day, we will tell you before continuing and agree any change with you first.

Booking and cancellation

A date is confirmed once you accept the written quote. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, so the crew and truck can be reassigned.

What we handle

Household and office goods. We do not transport cash, jewellery, documents of value, hazardous materials, or perishable food. Please move those yourself.

Care of your belongings

Items are wrapped and protected as standard. Please tell us before the move about anything fragile, high value, or previously damaged so it can be handled accordingly.

Access and permissions

You are responsible for arranging building access, lift bookings and any NOC required by your building. We will tell you what is needed and help where we can.

Payment

Payment is due as set out in your written quote.
