What changes the price
There is no flat rate, because no two homes or buildings are the same. These are the factors a surveyor is measuring.
Number of pieces to dismantle
Assembly time is the main cost. A wardrobe takes far longer than a sofa that simply lifts out.
Type of furniture
Custom joinery and imported wardrobes take longer than flat-pack, and sometimes need two carpenters.
Fragile tops and panels
Marble, granite and glass need crating, which adds material and handling time.
Access at both ends
Lift or stairs, and whether the piece fits through the door without further dismantling.
Distance
Within a community it is quoted by crew and hours. Between emirates, travel is included in one price.

Do you move single items?
Yes. Send photos on WhatsApp with the pickup and delivery addresses and we can usually quote without a survey.
Will you reassemble everything at the new place?
Yes — beds, wardrobes and wall units are rebuilt in the room you want them, and fittings are kept bagged and labelled to each piece.
Can you remove and remount a wall-mounted TV?
Yes. The bracket comes with us and is remounted at the new address. Tell us the wall type so the right fixings are on the van.
Do you assemble new furniture that was delivered?
Yes. Assembly-only jobs are quoted by the number and type of pieces.
Can you move a piano?
On request, and only after we have seen photos and the access at both ends. Not every piano and staircase combination is possible.
