How long does a villa move take?
Most villas run over two days — packing on the first, transport and reassembly on the second. A smaller townhouse can sometimes be done in one long day.
Do you dismantle built-in wardrobes?
Yes. A carpenter travels with the crew, takes them apart, and rebuilds them at the new villa. Tell us at the survey so the right person is scheduled.
Do you move garden furniture and garage contents?
Yes, and they are counted at the survey. Outdoor items and garages are the most commonly underestimated part of a villa move.
Can you move a villa between emirates?
Yes. Dubai to Sharjah, Ajman or Abu Dhabi villa moves are usually two days, with the same crew at both ends.
What if the new villa is not ready?
We store the contents, inventoried and wrapped, and deliver when handover completes. The storage is quoted up front, not added later.
