Moving in Dubai, without the moving-day surprises.
Elite Movers UAE is based in Dubai and moves homes and offices across the city every week — Marina towers, Downtown apartments, Ranches villas and everything between. Our crews know the buildings, the lift rules and the traffic windows.

Why a Dubai move is really a building problem
What slows a Dubai move down is almost never the drive. It is the service-lift window that closes at 4pm, the NOC that building management wants two days early, and the loading bay that only fits one truck at a time.
We plan around those first. Before your date is confirmed we know which lift you are using, what paperwork the tower needs, and whether the truck can park where the crew actually needs it.

Communities we move in every week
Each part of Dubai has its own access rules. Here is how we plan for the ones we work in most.
Dubai Marina & JBR
Strict service-lift windows in most towers. We book the slot in advance and size the crew to finish inside it.
Downtown Dubai & Business Bay
Loading-bay access is limited and NOCs are checked at the gate. Both are handled before the crew leaves the depot.
Jumeirah & Umm Suqeim
Villa moves with garden gates and narrow driveways — we confirm truck size against the access, not the other way round.
Palm Jumeirah
Frond villas and Shoreline apartments need security clearance in advance. We submit crew and vehicle details ahead of the date.
Dubai Hills & Arabian Ranches
Family villa moves run room by room, usually across one or two days with a carpenter on site.
JVC, Al Furjan & Silicon Oasis
Mid-rise buildings with shared lifts. Most two-bedroom moves here finish inside a single day.
Al Barsha & Mirdif
Townhouses and family homes, often with a storage gap between handover dates.
Deira & Bur Dubai
Older buildings with narrow stairwells — smaller trucks, more crew, and stair-carry allowed for in the quote.
What actually changes the price of a Dubai move
There is no flat rate, because no two Dubai buildings are the same. These are the five things a surveyor is measuring.
Size of the home
A studio and a four-bedroom villa need different crews, different trucks and different numbers of days.
Floor and lift access
A working service lift at both ends is the single biggest cost factor. Stair-carry needs extra crew and extra hours.
Packing
Full packing costs more than transport alone. Partial packing — just the fragile items — sits between the two.
Dismantling and reassembly
Wardrobes, beds and wall units that were built in place need a carpenter on both ends of the move.
Storage
If your handover dates do not line up, storage is quoted separately and included in the written price up front.

Moving in Dubai — common questions
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp — a coordinator answers, not a bot.
How much do movers cost in Dubai?
It depends on the size of the home, the floor and lift access at both ends, and whether you want packing or storage. After a short survey — on site or by video — you get one written price, and that is the figure you pay on the day.
Can you move at short notice in Dubai?
Often yes. Weekends and month-end fill first, but mid-week slots are usually available within a few days.
Do you handle building NOCs and service-lift bookings?
Yes. Tell us the tower and we prepare the documents management asks for and coordinate the lift window with you.
Do you move within the same building or community?
Yes. Short moves inside a tower or community are common and are quoted by crew and hours rather than distance.
Do you offer storage in Dubai?
Yes — inventoried short and long term storage for the gap between handover dates, delivered back when your new home is ready.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of them. Marina, Downtown, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, JVC, Al Furjan, Silicon Oasis, Al Barsha, Mirdif, Deira and Bur Dubai are the communities we work in most often.
